General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the jua9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By browsing the jua9 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services. These Terms are written in English and this version shall be considered the authoritative version.

Eligibility Requirements & Account Registration

To create an account and use services on jua9, the following conditions must be met:

• Only one account per person is permitted; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or depositing and withdrawing funds for them, is not permitted.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jua9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-approved documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

jua9 reserves the right to decline any account registration without providing a specific reason.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on jua9:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same limit applies for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions through any method not listed above are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests will be sent only through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until account verification is complete.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus

New members at jua9 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers can be used once only; the same bonus cannot be claimed through multiple accounts.
• Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer are eligible for bonuses.
• jua9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Certain games or categories may be partially or fully excluded from bonus wagering.

Gameplay, Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

jua9 is committed to operating a fair and transparent entertainment platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence assistance.
• Collusion (gaining an unfair advantage through secret agreements with other players).
• Using the bonus system or payment gateway for money laundering or generating unethical profit.
• Deliberately exploiting technical bugs or errors in the platform; if any error is discovered, reporting it to support immediately is mandatory.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account in the name of or with funds belonging to a third party.

Game Results & Disputes

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and follow fair play principles. If a dispute arises over any game result, notify the support team in writing within 72 hours. jua9's decision shall be considered final and binding.

jua9 reserves the right to recover any prize incorrectly awarded due to a system error. Transactions resulting from errors are automatically considered void.
